And the results of the Spider-Man viral is…

Continuing our ongoing coverage of the kind-of goofy alternate-reality marketing campaign for the Spider-Man reboot: last week folks across 6 cities made strides in undoing the online puzzle that is "Mark of the Spider-Man". So far after some shenanigans involving phones and gathering together in groups across America it seems like the folks are getting their bits of content in exchange for pro-bono marketing work: after people (legally) spray-painted the Spidey logo around L.A., Phoenix and elsewhere, the website updated to include images of the tags.

In addition, the Spider-Man symbol on the site is now clickable and gives you a brief clip from the film. The website says that this is only the beginning—apparently we will be rewarded with more advertising if we keep meeting up under cover of night to tag buildings with a movie's logo for them, for free! What a deal!
